I’m (18F) planning a birthday party in a few months. i’m planning to have a small dinner with my best friends (3) beforehand, and then meeting up with other close friends for a few drinks and then a club (3 others). I’m in a friendgroup of 6 people, and I’m only inviting one close friend out of the 6 to this “party”. 2 out of 6 of my friends in this fg have not treated me well in the past, and the other 3 is not worth the hassle to invite them and risk accusing of excluding the other 2, so i’d rather j invite 1 from this group. This isn’t going to a be secret party either meaning i’m planning to post pictures. Would I be the asshole in this situation for technically excluding these people?
