What do you all do when you no longer feel like yourself?

What do you all do when you no longer feel like yourself? I’m always tired, uninterested in life and i have to force myself to leave the house. I have a girlfriend who lives with me. But that isn’t always as great. Any suggestions?

  1. That’s depression.

    – basic self-care: showering, food quality/planning, sleep hygiene
    – productivity: house chores, “self-improvement”
    – fun time: turn off the distraction devices and either play something new or watch something new. Uninterrupted, one hour minimum. *It’s okay if new things bomb*.
    – zone out time: while you shouldn’t doomscroll all day, if you checked all the other boxes, give yourself permission to not enjoy yourself at all.
