AITA for joking with a random moot of mine to pull his shirt down?

This guy(25) followed me on TikTok, and I(18)mooted him and we hadn’t talked, but he posted a picture of himself with his shirt lifted(he’s a gym guy). I joked and said “put yo damn shirt down” and he took it seriously and started getting upset. I told him I was kidding and he kept going on about how mean that was. I gave short, random answers(mostly just stupid reaction pictures) and I told him that I was just kidding and he kept on so I simply deleted the chat and left him on delivered. The next day he texts again just “ggs” I responded with question marks and he said “can’t read?”. I said verbatim “I expressed I was kidding, you remained unmoved of your opinion that I hated you. I’m not gonna beg you to believe me” he said it didn’t seem like I was joking. I feel like saying “put yo shirt down” and telling him I was just joking around would pass as me clearly joking. I told him he was beating a dead horse by continuing to text me. He told me to try saying something nice, I responded with a stupid reaction picture and said “I’m not one for kind words” he asked if I could make an exception and asked if my ego was too big. I said “no I’m just a bitch, gotta keep up the brand”, another joke. I’ve been branded as a ray of sunshine and whimsical, and in my tiktoks I feel that message is conveyed. He said “just block me ion need no bitch moot”. I sent a picture of a rabbid from the cartoon rabbids invasion holding flowers and said “block button goes both ways”. He insisted I block him bc I said I was a bitch. He told me to block him five times when I was just sending insanely unserious and silly reaction pictures. I eventually said “I don’t block people I feel too mean. Just stop texting me if you don’t wanna text me”. He said “U wont block ppl but you’ll be bitchy towards them n be rude?” when I was really only sending reaction pictures and explaining stuff to him. I said “I joked, you got mad, I expressed it was a joke, you continued to be mad, I stopped texting, you texted again to keep conversation, I explained I was kidding, you kept texting, you told me to block you 5 times. If I’m so bitchy and rude why are you so persistent on texting me? You can simply not text me”. He said he “sssnt” sure I was kidding and he was telling me to block him because I was being weird. I said “I’m not even being bitchy 😭 I made a joke and you made an ordeal over me hating you after I even said it was a joke. If I’m being weird simply block me, it works both ways. You’re continuously texting me to block you even after I said I don’t block people, if it matters that much you can just block me.” He hasn’t texted back. I know I could’ve not texted him back but I felt bad that he was so dead set that I actually hated him. I felt like I was trying to calm down a child but I would’ve felt bad not atleast trying to explain myself. Am I in the wrong here? Was I actually being an asshole in the situation?
