I am a 50F. My now ex moved into my home when he was facing eviction. I did NOT want him to move in, but he really didn’t have any where else. He moved in. Mask starts to slip. Fighting with me like clockwork every Sunday. Eating all my food. Not paying the agreed upon amount. Disrupting my dang peace. We agreed that if we broke up, he would leave in 30 days. We broke up in December after he cursed me out in front of workers in my home.
Now, it’s February. He is still in my home. Was actively pursuing me until… he met someone. Now he is dating.
I want him out. I loved him and I couldn’t imagine moving in so quickly, but he has. I feel numb and sad at the same time.
Would I be the AH for starting the legal process to evict him? I own my home and I just can’t handle him there while he is dating and sleeping with another person.
Before you ask: no, we have not continued intimacy. No, I really do not want to pursue a relationship with him again (he is a ‘nice bad guy in my opinion).
Any legal advice is appreciated as well.

He needs to go. Hopefully you have it in writing that he agreed to leave within 30 days, because I feel like that will help your case a lot

NTA – do you even need legal processes to take place? Is he anywhere in documents for your place of residence? I mean, pack all his stuff, change the locks, have a lot of friends there waiting for his return in case he loses his mind. How would this be any different than a “friend” overstaying? I’d kick them out? Unless I’m not understanding the timeline of when he moved in and he does have his name all over the place…
