WIBTA if I tell on the exam cheaters?

I’m a university student, and I joined late. When I started attending, everyone had already known each other very well for more than a year especially since my university is quite international. Everyone had their own group. There was one group that cheated on every exam. They would pass and later started trying to befriend some teachers, asking for help in ways that would gain their trust. I was never able to be friends with them because one of the guys in the group tried to hit on me. When I refused, they all turned against me. Normally, I don’t care about them cheating, even though during exams I sometimes hear them talking. For example, there’s a girl in the group whom I’ve never seen attend classes in the last three years, except for laboratory sessions. When I used to talk to the guy who tried to hit on me, I learned that she never studied. They would give her answers during exams, do her homework for her, and send it to her. At the time, it sounded strange, but I ignored it and didn’t care. Recently we had a very difficult electrical class. Because it was so hard, the teacher said the passing grade would be based on the class average, which was between 20 and 25. On the day of the final exam, they all sat in a line, took pictures of the exam, and sent them to ChatGPT or a friend I guess. They all passed, and because of them, the average score increased to 30. After the exam, one guy in the group, who is honestly a disgusting human being, kept making fun of how “stupid” the exam was and bragging about how easy it was cheating because exam proctor did nothing. I know his first two midterms were both zeros. I wasn’t able to pass, and for the first time, I felt extremely jealous and angry. Later, I became even angrier because someone sent me pictures of the exam questions after the test. When I saw them, I got even more upset, especially because I had studied while they did nothing and just cheated. They do this in every class and still pass. Would I be the A hole if I contacted the teacher the one they were trying to befriend? I still have him added on Instagram because, back then, the guy who tried to hit on me told me to add him. How should I even start that conversation?

Extra : One of my friends told me to just leave it alone, especially since there’s probably nothing that can be done. We already failed, the grades won’t change, and no action will be taken. The second semester starts next week, and I really don’t know what to do. I’m so mad. I have to take an extra year to finish that class. I need some guidance.
