There’s a guy where I live who I’ve had intense eye contact with for a couple of months. We haven’t actually spoken yet, but there’s definitely mutual staring / tension.
Today I had a slightly embarrassing moment. It’s very hot where I live and I’d been out walking. I came back home and the door sensor malfunctioned, so I was stuck outside for about a minute while trying to get in. I was very sweaty (like visibly soaked on my back I’m talking white shirt now see through ferociously soaked ). He was there and definitely saw me struggling with the door.
After I got inside, we locked eyes briefly again.
Now I’m overthinking it. If a guy finds a girl attractive, would something like that (visible sweat, slightly flustered) actually turn him off? Or is this the kind of thing only I care about?
Trying to figure out if I just shattered the mystique or if I’m being dramatic.
