me and my stbx husband are separated. I was able to get him out after years of abuse at the end of January. he forced me to be a SAHM and I have never had access to "his" money. I found out shortly after he was out that he had not paid the power bill in, going on 3 months and the water bill in two months. I am working on getting my CNA and going back to work but the power was cut off and I needed to get it cut back on. going back to work wasn’t going to help. I tried to get a personal loan and a title loan first but couldn’t. he stole the title to my car. I have kids and it was cold so I needed to get the power cut back on immediately. he had two trucks, one was wrecked and the other he had bought as a project but barely worked on in the almost 5 years he had it. so I decided to sell the trucks to get the money to pay the bills he had been neglecting.
