As the title says. I am living with my older cousin and they have two kids both toddlers the older one has a tablet that they mainly get at bedtime to watch shows to help them fall asleep, now 90% of the time I don’t care as the older one mostly watches stuff like paw patrol, gabby’s doll house, bluey, and other shows for their age group. Recently the older one has started watching victorious and at first my only concern was how much attitude the characters have in some scenes but usually if the older one tries to mimic the attitude my cousin nips it in the butt, though I and my cousin’s spouse have raised some minor concern about it, my main issue came tonight when the older one was watching victorious and a joke was made with the line being "you know those big five pound balls….will be swinging back and forth" with a male character saying it to a female character and there being emphasis on the swinging back and forth part. I saw it as them making a joke about a part of the male genitalia being large and swinging back and forth from a certain act. (it’s a dan schenider show so I wouldn’t overly put it past it to be the implication) I raised a admittedly loud concern when I heard that, my cousin was watching it with their oldest and didn’t see it the same way saying the context of the scene was the female character was playing a game where large balls would be swinging back and forth and thought it would be easy and the male character was warning her. AITAH for raising concern? If I am I will go to my cousin straight away and apologize (along with delte this post to prevent any further drama)
