A few months ago I had a crush on a guy (M21) and today I finally confessed it to him.
He seemed surprised and said that he didn’t know (even though I thought it was very obvious lol)
Anyway, back then I felt like he might have had a crush on me too or maybe even still does.
How would a guy usually behave after a confession like that if he actually had/has a crush on the girl?
Would he start chasing her or would he give up completely?
I know not every guy is the same but how would you react?
Women always think they are obvious about showing interest in a man. You are rarely obvious enough for us to get the message.
That’s my issue. I’m not ugly but I suck at showing im interested too
You know that moment where you feel like you’ve completely embarrassed yourself through being soooo obvious.
Go twice as far as that.
They think it’s enough to just make eye contact lol
“I said ‘hi’, why didn’t he ask me out?! What’s wrong with men today!?”
Literally had a woman make eye contact with me twice at the gym. I’m going to introduce myself next time just so we can start saying ‘hey’ when we see each other and see if she shows more interest
Careful bro, you might end up married.
Once, a friend got annoyed with me and showed me screenshots of messages between her and several other women who were apparently in love with me for years because I just didn’t get the fucking memo.
Probably totally not okay on her part to just spill the tea like that, but several women thought they were being very obvious with me and I didn’t get it.
Has happened more times than what I’d like to remember.
The answer is: If they are telling you they HAD a crush on you. It’s more likely they stopped having it.
Figuring out has a 50% chance of ruining your friendship.
If a girl told me she used to have a crush on me but doesn’t anymore… that sounds like a tactic or trying to be mean to manipulate.
If you don’t like him anymore, why would you tell him you used to like him? I mean, wtf.
This….
Would say, yeah I used to like you too, and since it’s obviously in the past
**MOVE ON**
I know now that “used to” generally means “still do” but when I was younger, I would probably try to play it cool, because I think that means now she only sees me as a friend, get nervous and do nothing.
You weren’t obvious at all we guarantee it
If your obvious show of interest didn’t include a straight up confession just like this, it wasn’t obvious enough
