My friend and I applied for a 3 bedrooms house. X2 rooms are the exact same but am I the asshole if I price one higher so when we find the extra housemate they pay $10 or $15 extra per week. Each room is around $400ish each.
To give context we don’t yet have 3rd housemate. My friend I sent time inspection and applying then getting a place in Sydney (in an area that is quite competitive), we will have to cover the cost of the 3rd room for now and we will furnish everything and all bills will be split equally between us.
YWBTA if all the rooms are roughly the same and one person pays more. If a room has an attached bathroom, that person pays more. If a room is notably smaller, that person pays less.
