I just saw a LinkedIn post from a woman I used to work with. It was giving the world an update that 1yr after being laid off, she’s still unemployed. Car repossessed, behind on bills, and can’t seem to land a job despite all best efforts.
Here’s the thing: she was a GD NIGHTMARE to work with. I know nobody is giving her a good reference. Her boss wanted to fire her from early on but HR was too scared of lawsuit.
WIBTA if I pointed out to her how difficult she was to work with? I truly feel bad for her and am sure it’s a big piece of why she can’t get hired. maybe she could work on it and get better?
