AITA for Telling my Brother not to Fly in to Meet my 6 Day Old

AITA? My (27f) brother (22 m) lives out of state and wanted to come and plan a last minute visit when my daughter was first born. My daughter was born a couple days before Christmas, and he wanted to fly in a few days after Christmas. When we talked while I was pregnant he said that he wasn’t coming for Christmas so I was confused.I told him I wouldn’t be comfortable with him spending time with my 6 Day Old after flying since the flu is so terrible, and my pediatrician said to be careful after Christmas since there would be lots of illnesses spreading after holiday get togethers. At her age, if she gets a fever it means she needs to go to the hospital and get some sort of a spinal tap which I don’t want to expose her to. I also had a very difficult labor and a c section so I only got out of the hospital a day before Christmas Eve.

After telling my brother that I wasn’t comfortable with the flying in he blocked me and the rest of my immediate family. I was rehospitalized when my c section started bleeding everywhere due to infection and I’ve had to go to daily doctors appointments to get my open wound packed with gauze. Ive been reaching out and he never answered me.

I’m feeling so sad about this conflict during this special time especially with all of the postpartum hormones. Before all of this he was texting me asking how the baby and I were doing almost daily, and now I haven’t heard from him or been responded to since before new years. I can’t stop thinking about this and I’ve tried to reach out on social media but nothing.

AITA?
