For context I am 14, and the woman looked to be in her mid 30s. We were racing and the woman kept repeatedly ramming me behind because she didn’t want to brake in the corners. After the race, the woman confronted me for “driving too slow” and yelling at me for getting her hit. I told her she needs to learn how to drive, and slow down in the corners. That’s basically it nothing happened after. AITA?
NTA – when I’m go carting I get irritated at people who break at the corners, since it’s almost never necessary, but that’s no reason to yell at someone. Lady was out of line
You’re NTA and she should have been kicked off the course for hitting you. I’ve never seen a go kart course where that wasn’t against the rules.
Curious to know if you were hogging the road so no one could pass. Doesn’t excuse her behavior at all, I was just wondering.

So by going slower in the corners than she wanted to go through the corners you were saving her from flying off the corners and rolling her cart? You were going at the maximum speed possible in the corners?

No I’m saying that going fast around corners is dangerous. You need to slow down proportional to your speed going into the turn.
No you’re def. NTA, as someone who is learning to drive and has gone go karting before, no this woman needs to go get a driver’s test. You’re driving safely while having fun, she’s just ruining the experience for others.
