We had been together for 1 year and only broke up 1 week ago due to his excessive lying. The relationship was really hard for me to go through to be honest he was really controlling, jealous and possessive…
Anyway,
We broke up 1 week ago because his car had broke down so he couldn’t use it to see me, so he said his mother would drop him off near my house. I said okay and asked for a snap pic in the car with his mum. He said sure but never sent one and didn’t reply after that for around an hour. That’s when I began getting suspicious. He then texted me after an hour and said I’m almost there, so I walked to the meetup spot and he got whoever was driving him to drop me off 2 streets back from the meetup spot so I can’t see who’s in the car. I then demanded to know who dropped him off, he started calling me an insecure b*tch and saying I’m just starting problems. So I said call your mum then and let’s see if she really did drop you off. He called a number that said “ mum” on it and his friend picked up the phone and said “ what’s up”, and my bf immediately said “ hey mum did u drop me off?”. His friend then put on a woman’s voice and said “ oh yes I did.” From there I knew he was lying so I said I don’t want to continue the relationship. He then started following me on foot… for 2 hours swearing at me saying “ you’ll never find anyone as good as me, no one would ever love you, I’ll go and get rich while you stay broke asf”.
I was still walking during this time. And he said “ fine do u want the truth? It was my dad that dropped me off”
I said that’s a lie.
And then he switched the story to
“ fine it was my uncle.”
I said that’s a lie. He then switched it again to the “ truth” 😂.
“ fine it was my friends okay I just needed them to drop me off.”
I said I’m done with this relationship. He has been spamming me calling me following me around finding me at shopping centres since then.
Yesterday, we met up both drunk asf and hung out together, I said “ can you send me money”
He said “ how much?”
I said “ hmmm 2k Ahahha”
He said “ okay yes”
And we SHOOK HANDS ON IT!
I then got his phone and send myself 2 thousands dollars.
It’s the morning after and he’s saying I stole his money, and to give it back. But honestly I dont think I’m giving that back.
So pls help AITA?……..

If it came from an entransfer then the cops won’t be able to do anything – he could take her to civil court and claim he was intoxicated though and she could be fould liable to pay that back
