My friend loves to take a video whenever we do stuffs. I don’t like to be in a video since I’m not confident about my physical appearance.
One time when we’re at the gym, she filmed me and posted it on instagram without my consent. I told her to take it down. She then never talked to me until now.
NTA. When you spoke to your friend about your concerns and feelings and she cares more about her socials, you know where her priorities lay. I understand you can ask and a person can say no, but in this situation I would have respected my friends wishes and I wouldn’t want to lose a friend over this.
