AITA for accidentally revealing the name of a person online?
So for context, we have a discord of a game for RP game on Roblox. And a rule it clearly states that you cannot use your personal google email and MUST create a game email when creating document or accessing a document etc.
One day as me and this friend was creating a document, his name was rather, unfortunate, and I thought hw named it that was to be funny. I shared it in a discord chat because it was funny.
But then the person told me it was their real name and told me to delete it, and so I did.
And I do not get this, why would you put your real name in a game email, EVEN it tells you not to use it.
I think it is unwise for them to use their personal name on an email that is used for games. And he could have used his fake name. IF I had know he used his personal email (To which he should not) or used his real name, I would not have shared it. Also how else would I have known if its was their real name or not.
