Pretty straight forward problem. I live in a studio with my partner and he snores so loud. I work M-F and every other Saturday so when it’s the weekend I would like to sleep in but I’m awakened by his snoring at like 5am. I can’t do anything with my time bc it would be too loud and wake him up. So I’ve woken him up before bc why should one person get to sleep and the other sit in silence for 4 hours until they’re awake.
ETA: I’m not waking him so he doesn’t sleep either, I mean more like needing the lights on or making noise by me living wakes him up. He also snores louder than my headphones cancel.
NAH. He should be tested for sleep apnea
Tell him I had a sleep apnea and getting a cpap means I sleep SO MUCH BETTER.
