I (18 M) used to have a friend (18 F), who can be called annie, and we were really close. We had been friends since the 8th grade. Each year we got closer as friends and everyone always thought we were dating but I never had any feelings for her in that way. So fast forward to when I started dating my girlfriend (19f(no longer together)) she started acting really inappropriate with me. Three days after she found out I was with someone she started to tell me every single time when she was about to do you know what with a guy and I felt uncomfortable about it. I told her I didn’t want to know that and I was in a relationship and that wasn’t very appropriate l. And of course she got upset with me saying it shouldn’t matter because we were “best friends” but I said I didn’t really want to know about her sex life. So I told my then girlfriend about it and she went off on Annie. But still she didn’t think she was in the wrong so then she told me that she didn’t want to hear about my sex life which is crazy because at the time this happened I was a virgin so I had no sex life. I ended up blocking her on everything.
Big Side Note: all throughout my junior and senior year of high school when I started to date every time that I would talk to someone she would spread rumors about me at school and like above tell me when she was boning someone. Everytime someone asked if we were dating it would be the same excuse “I would rather kill mtself”. She also got upset with me when I stopped acting like a kid because we used to goof off like idiots.
So am I the asshole?
