I’m not sure why you’re asking guys specifically about advice on how to tell your *mum* you’re not gay as a *woman*. And you’re asking if anyone can relate? Have I misunderstood your post?
If you’re serious try “Hey mum, I’m not gay”
Sit everyone down and give everyone an absolutely vulnerable speech about your sexual orientation before fighting Vecna.

You don’t HAVE to tell anyone. I would start with what you WANT to say, as opposed to what you want to stop others commenting on.
If you CHOOSE to, “I just wanted to be clear – I am not gay.” works. If you want to go further you can say “Mom – I’m not really into any gender.”
If you want to think about your goal a little more pointedly and want to bounce it off of people have at it! Maybe you’re trying to say something else?
Say to her, in a very even, calm, non-emotional tone, “those are fighting words.”
Maybe ask this question in a women’s group.

I have to say, as someone who had a good friend who was gay back in the late 80s (and saw what a struggle it was), it warms my heart to see that things have come this far.
You being a female, why did you think it best to come to AskMenAdvice seeking advice on the best way to discuss you lack of attraction to males with your mother? Having said that, here’s my advice. If you’re younger than 25, ask your doctor why it is that you have no sex drive. There are tests. It could be your meds if you’re on any. If you in your past your mid 20’s then who cares what your mom thinks.
