Hi all. I’ve really connected with a guy friend, we used to see each other everyday, he’d walk me home and basically invited me out several times to see a football match, go shopping or just chill. He would also want to spend time with me while commuting from work. He moved and it’s been hard for me as we used to spend a lot of time together. He has said ‘in terms of attractiveness you have nothing to worry about’ and has said once or twice you look good.
But nothing else. Is this man attracted to me? Or does he appreciate our friendship and that’s the end of it? Or is he shy?
I’ve never dealt with this situation before and even though he moved we talk almost everyday, but he’s never disclosed his feelings and I’m too afraid to ask and make it awkward.

He’s had plenty of opportunities to make a move and he hasn’t so it’s safe to say he’s just happy being friends.
For me, I never make a move because in the past all it’s done is ruin a friendship. So not only do I not get a date, I lose a friend

Sounds like he is shy, think maybe he’s a virgin? That would explain a lot I feel.
