A. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs of our floral arrangements and products. Please note that flowers are natural products, and slight variations in color, size, and shape are normal and should be expected.
B. Flower Substitution Policy: Customer satisfaction is our priority, as is providing the freshest blooms. Due to seasonal availability and market fluctuations, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions.
We reserve the right to substitute a specific flower with another of equal or greater value, while maintaining the original arrangement’s overall style, color scheme, and aesthetic.
We will always make every effort to match the arrangement shown in the product picture as closely as possible.
C. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order or make a suitable substitution, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the item(s).
3. Pricing, Promotions, and Sales Tax
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
Promotions: Promotional codes and discount offers are limited to one per order, cannot be combined, and may not be applied to previous purchases. All promotions are subject to their own terms and expiration dates.
Sales Tax: In accordance with state and local laws, we are required to charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the State of Virginia.
4. Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. RUDY FLOWER reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline it for any reason. Common reasons for declining an order include, but are not limited to, suspected fraud, inability to deliver to the provided address, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Commitment: We are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner. While we make every effort to meet your requested delivery date, specific delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during peak holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier may, at their discretion, leave the arrangement in a secure, weather-protected location (like a covered porch) or with a neighbor. If this is not possible, we will contact you or the recipient to reschedule the delivery, which may be subject to an additional fee.
Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. RUDY FLOWER is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Our policies for cancellations and handling issues with orders are designed to be fair for both parties.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis. You must report any problems within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos.

8. Limitation of Liability
By placing an order, you agree that the maximum liability of RUDY FLOWER in any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
